Thanksgiving was weird and awkward as usual, but this year even more so. I went to my dad's girlfriends and her neighbor stopped by. She automatically tells me that my dad has told her all about me and shown her pictures and that her sons think I'm hot and she proceeded to bring them over and I felt like I might as well be in the middle of the table on a platter so all could see. My dad couldn't be happier. He won't even consder the fact that I sort of already have someone. I feel like my dad was pimpin me out. I don't know I guess I didn't think my dad would be setting me up at 17, maybe when I'm a 30 year old spinster but still. Anyone have experiences with parents that butt into your love lives?
not really, they tend to think that no one is good enough which can be a pain for anyone i bring home. guess it comes with me being the baby and all. my dad has always treated me like a trophy daughter though. like come meet my perfect little family, list off the facts about each one of us and then we have to smile and be perfect little statues. BLEGH.
i was too scarey for my parents to even try...they left it to me. though i did on occaision brought ladies around to meet my bros, they had horrible taste and needing some assistance. they never listened to me, though. JB is in hell, but brad managed to find himself an heiress...
