My boyfriend and I have been seeing eachother since the beginning of May...from the moment we started talking, there's been instant friendship, comfort, and understanding..it's really awesome and scary seeing is how the instantanious best friends "boyfriend" thing..is just refreshing. We're buddies too...out of this whole thing. And the physical attraction flows perfectly with everything else.. Anyways, the both of us dont like to smother eachother, it's just not in either of out personalities ..so we see eachother every 4-5 days...although its got me questioning..is this normal? We are very similar, having the drifter/loner lifestyle...and value our time to ourselves, but sometimes i wonder, i mean..we email eachother on occasion in between the "intervals"...but sometimes its not enough for me...although i really like how we work this out...and i get over it, because all in all...i do enjoy the time alone,or spent with my friends,music..and everything else...as he spends time with his friends and his skateboarding...we give eachother updates.....it works out well.....but yeah...sometimes.. Id just like to hear what your thoughts on this are.. thanks.
Yeah, that's cool. Just don't let it get to be like, "hey, how have things been?" cause once you start saying that, your screwed.
Yeah, i figured that..but im just wondering if im overreacting.. ....im curious to know, how often do you all see your bf/gf... Once a week?...twice a day?...how does it work out for you?
You should talk to him about it. If you're as comfortable with each other as you say, you should have no problem. I probably only see my girl about once a week on average, but we're both pretty busy. We chat online at work and talk on the phone probably once a week, too. I don't really even call her my g/f, but everyone else does, so I guess she is. I like things being pretty casual this way. We haven't really talked about it, so I can only assume she does, too.
