i had a random set from lemonwheel on tape...it was so good....and finnally i got the whole fest on CD and it is just a brilliant weeked!! they were on fire! the mikes groove is huge and amazing! it is technically the whole set, with a whole bunch of stuff mixed in between...and the PHARMERS ALMANAC lists it as the largest gap between and mikes and its groove.....

Mike's Song > Simple, Beauty of My Dreams, Roggae, Split Open and Melt, Poor Heart, Moma Dance, Divided Sky, Water in the Sky, Funky Bitch>Cities>Weekapaug Groove

the mikes song is out of control good and the segue into simple is gorgeous....it is a beautiful simple with harmonies that glide and just great soft jamming.....the beauty of my dreams is great energetic turn around, but the Roggae brings you back to some nice soft jamming, intense but beautiful....do you know what i mean? the DIVIDED SKY is PERFECT!!! i mean a perfect example of what a divided sky is.....its the version to compare all versions to. the water in the sky is a great follower....into the narliest run in the set, real high energy jamming funky bitch> cities> weekapaug........the funky bitch is so fucking good! page throws out a solo that is so good, his best in bitch, and all you can think is there is no way trey can top that or even equal that....but trey just rips it up! just amazing work that leaves you wanting more....it goes into an intense loop jam for about thirty seconds and out of nowhere cities takes the stage....and the jam is so tight. so funky. pure genius....and if that wasn't enough, the go in straight into weekapaugh and leave you craving more and more phish. the good thing about it. its only the fisrt set!!

That show was my first Phish concert and HOLY FUCK!!! I became an instant phishead. There was SOOO much energy there and it is reguarded as one of their best post hiatius shows. Don't forget awsome Harry Hood, David Bowe, and DESTINY UNBOUND which has only been played like a total of 3 times ever.
