ive been looking online from mushroom growkits and all the sites i go to say that they dont ship to the US. does anyone have any good websites to go to that will ship growkits to the US?
www.shroomery.org has atleast some links that may help......if not ive heard of people using their bathtubs as a homemade growing spot....and as far as spores go u can definately find them somewhere on google
ive never grown mushrooms before so im totally new to this. what do you grow the spores on? i was kinda just hoping to get a whole kit just so i could have everything together and to make things as easy as possible. but if getting a growkit is totally out of the question i guess ill just have to learn how to just grow from spores. oh and also, what are prints?
check out the PF tek on the shroomery to learn how to grow from spores onto cakes, this is much better and will give greater yields and return on investment than growkits. I would however recomend a slightly different substrate to the one in that tek. instead of 50/50 vermiculite/brown rice flour i would use 50/40/10 verm/brf/rye this should give a better potency to your shrooms. When you feel you are sufficiently experienced learn how to case bulk substrates and improve your yields and return on investment even more.
I have been reading up on growing guides and feel learned enough to grow my own shrooms. All I need is a spore syringe. I have seen a few sites that ship, but I don't know if they are reliable. I'm trying not to get arrested for having them shipped to me. Can anyone help me out with a reliable site or any other suggestions. thanx CB
Im pretty sure that you dont have to worry about getting arrested for the spores seeing as they are 100% legal. Just google psilocybin mushroom spored and the first one that sells them should be good. Thats what I did.
The spores are legal in (most of the) United States, as long as you don't intend to grow them. Make sure you're just trying to get them to study them at a microscopic level. Edit: The current political e-climate being what it is, one may be well advised to use extra caution when throwing around things like credit card info to sites that brush up against the realm of illegality.
