Hello young mortal, tis I, the noobie thread fiend, here to steal away your grains of time whilest hypnotising you into commiting foolish and dastardly deeds (look into these giant saucer-sized eyes ---> now you are mine, mwuh huh... Ok, so less of the dictatorial mind-control bastido-ness I suppose, apparently it's not the best way to go about making new friends. Ahem. My name's Amber, been a vegan for over two years (veggie for many before), and a realised anarchist for the same. Been into activism for some time, though it has died down a bit through commiting myself more towards the course i'm on at the moment (which'll hopefuly lead towards journeying to Bangor, and the realisation of a certain forest-ranger ambition). Quests and travelling hold my love, as do Nature, philosophy, fantastical worlds of fiction and non, gatherings, the enjoyment of musical vortexes (gigs of many kinds, especially punk/80s hardcore), and meeting weird and wonderful people. So, guess i've joined this site for hopefuly a mixture of all of the above, and to gain a few more friends to journey with over summer ventures such as Earth First. Well, this has got to be one of the most boring posts in the many histories of the multiverse; in my defence, I am slightly sleep deprived (much resembling a zombie-state, though with less of the brain munching).
