Hey there! I live in Sedona, AZ. at the Hawkeye RV Park which is the last of stand for travel free spirits. The owners of the property (who live down in Phoenix) are selling the property to more timeshare developers. I live with my wife and two kids here in the park along with about 30 other families and friends. This is a community of people with skills in many areas from carpenters to chefs to gardeners. aw, that totally sux! I love Sedona so much, my hubby and I have been there twice... it's to bad you have to move!
there is Quartzsite AZ that you can get a long term visitor pass and Holtville CA has a hot spring, The Slab down by the Salton Sea. There's no AC at any of these though.
