My best friend Heather and I have known each other since we were 3 years old. We grew up living next door to each other. We went threw everything together. We both started smoking weed around the same time and we've toked up practically daily together ever since. She recently had a baby, during her 9 months of pregnancy she didn't smoke and being the friend that I am I didn't either. Now that her son is born Heather smokes again. Some shit happened with her boyfriend and the cops awhile back and now he is on probation and can't smoke because he gets tested regularly. He is now getting pissed when Heather and I get high, so I think she is going to stop because he can't. I don't want to stop getting high again now that I've started smoking after 9 months, it has only been a month since I started... but I don't want to lose my #1 smoking buddy either. So now I almost ALWAYS smoke alone. This whole situation just sucks! You know? You don't have anything if you don't have a smoking buddy... =(

well, it´s not like YOU had the baby or got in trouble with the cops, so there´s no reason why you should quit if you dont want to. and you can find other people to smoke with. just make a little effort to hang out with some new people, but dont rely on smoking as the only thing you do together.

My smoking buddies are so many. Think theres like 5 people I LIKE to smoke with and about 20 I can smoke with if i want social smoking. Its nicest with my bf
i'm not pickey when it comes to smoking partners... i pretty much toke with whosever willing and able (or whoevr has a zig-zag) but getting high with a little help from my friends is a wonderful expeience.
Your friend has resposibilities now, she has a baby and a partner to consider, as tough as it is for you I guess you have to accept that you are not a priority in her life. I think your friend is desperste for your support, to help her come to terms with motherhood, and to support her in her relationship choices. Its hard for you, as you have a strong bond with her, but she needs you. She needs you understanding, she needs your friendship. You will be one of the closest people in her life, a long standing friend who has been through everything with her, dont give up on her now. Smoking alone is fine. I totally understand that you will miss those experiences with you buddy, but she has other concerns now, and I guess she feels stuck in the middle of trying to do the right thing and keep everyone happy. Maybe one day she will feel able to explore and revisit those special stoner times with you, but chances are for the time being she has to put her baby and her boyfriend first. It wont be easy for her, and she will feel your pain and your exclusion. Find other people to chill and smoke with for a while, but let her know that you will always be there for her if she needs you. bright blessings to you
