I had this dream that i was with my mom and her friend and we where like flying but we had those things that you can get into and you catch a breaze and like..fly..and we went off a mountain and got a real life sinking feeling like i was falling and i woke up..what does this mean
Hi Bare Foot Bunny Hugg, what if it is about the strange beauty of when life takes you on, offering you a ground to walk on as much as a breeze to fly with and places that are just not guaranteed ... asking you to be real and true inside yourself and not fear changes and by this become more than you ever thought you would be. So now and then it wakes you with quite a real feeling of adventure and i think this is what you have been looking out for. And maybe the real adventure is just to find you are the cause and are the effect yourself. You are the mountain, the sky and the breeze and sometimes the strange others, too. You create your own world from inside out, drawing to you the places of change, and you do it by being who you are, and this is not always the same as who you think you are ... just like the others who are as full of surprises. The dream is carried by a deeper truth that does not need to be explained, like the breeze that carries you on, asking you to just trust and believe into yourself and take the courage to spread your own wings even if this means to land on the lower back now and then. Waking life does the same but sometimes it gets us just to busy so that we forget what we really wanted and need to be reminded again. And so the dream reminds you that you already hold the answer you seeked to act on and you just stayed with it for a while so that you can use it. But in the end you decide what it means as you are the very best to know yourself so this is but a suggestion ... and thank you for posting!
Who says it means anything, or has to mean anything? I remember in a psych class I took, they said that one possible cause of dreams is a random firing of synapses in your brain, that your conscious self interprets as specific images. If they were laid out and analyzed, they would be meaningless, but your brain strings them together to provide a context in the dream. Then one time I woke up from the middle of a dream in progress, and I took with me the last words that were being said in the dream as I woke up. Even though in the dream I knew I was being spoken to and it made sense, when I heard those words in my head as I came awake, they were gibberish. It made me sit there going, WOW, maybe that theory they talked about in class is really true...! Last night I had a dream that I was part of a team of investigators or something, and there was an evil serial killer stalking us. We ended up going into a crime scene room where someone we knew had been murdered. His body was chopped into segments, like at the neck, waist, arms, and knees, and his body parts were laid out like in the shape of a cross. It was fucked up. I wouldn't suspect there has to be any meaning to it whatsoever. Blue skies, -Jeffrey
I agree with moving_cloud, I think it either is explaining to you the general fall and rise of life, or maybe something personal to you. It doesn't have to be a bad omen.
