Is it possible for mushrooms to cause seizures? Back in Oct. my friend and I both took a half an eighth each. It was my first time, but it was his third or fourth, and the previous times he said hadn't affected him. The shrooms started kicking in for me within 30-45 minutes, but nothing was happening for him and he was getting pissed. We packed up a bowl and smoked and right after that he started freaking out, saying stuff like how his hands weren't his hands and that he just didn't know what the fuck was going on, etc. We were just sitting in silence for awhile when all of a sudden he had a seizure. He started jerking around and his eyes rolled back in his head. It lasted only about 30 seconds or so, but it seemed like forever. After that I almost completely sobered up and took him back to his house and just sat with him talking and giving him hugs and such. Eventually he was okay and we went to sleep. I don't know if maybe he's epileptic and the shrooms triggered it or if it was just from the shrooms. I've been trying to get him to see a doctor or something just in case he is epileptic. Because if he is and he has a seizure while driving or something he could hurt himself and others. Any suggestions would help greatly. Thanks.
Yeah, I'd take him to a doctor to talk about it. I'm curious, though. Did he crap his pants during the seizure?
i dont know if mushrooms can cause seizures or not...but i do know one time my trippin buddy started seizing wilst on mushrooms at a concert, and i was dosed out of my mind and had to try to take care of the situation. god was that intense...lol
Don't know about that but my boyfriend passed out on them and cracked his head open. But it sounds like he was freaking out really. I don't know of anyone hwo had a seizure. Maybe he was going really bad. Bad trips do weird shit with people (I never had one ^^)
I don't think so. When I was 14 I was at my then boyfriends house eating dinner with him, his mom, and her boyfriend. Her boyfriend was epilieptic and had a seizure at the table. He didn't shit himself. Also, my mom once had seizures, and she didn't shit herself either.
