    yeah it really was, i finished watching it and i just sat there for hours thinking.

    This is my first post in a looooong time. I just had to reply to this thread.


    I saw this movie for the first time about six months ago, and it changed me in some profound ways.

    Most of those changes have been diet related, like buying organic foods whenever I can and just generally trying to be a bit healthier. Now, I'm not taking things to the extremes that were portrayed in that film (I still like meat, I can't help it) but I've changed nontheless.

    The thing about blood and pus in dairy products freaked me right out. I only buy the organic stuff from small farms now.

    Well, enough blabbing from me. Seriously, if a little movie can make me rethink things and try a healthier, more environmentally friendly way of life...then that movie HAS to be good.
