What makes a good leader and why don't we see that many in this day and age? (R.I.P. Coretta Scott King)
A good leader cares more about the working class citizen than taking a payoff from a greedy corporation. A good leader isn't George Bush.
Jerry Garcia and Timothy Leary are dead. That's why. Carlos Santana would be a cool president, in my opinion.
oh... god, leadership, AGH I need to write my learning logs for thursday in that class still, blerrrrg erm, anyways, it's comm 342 at the university of saskatchewan, that's our leadership class. There's a lot that goes in to it, a lot that creates a true leader. Essentially, they inspier themselves and those around them... and what you admire in a leader is what you're lacking in your life (ie if you feel a leader is good because they allow you to just go and do your job, to be autonomous, you feel like you need more autonomy in your life right now)
Ok I hold a leadership position at school and in my community and its kinda hard to tell people that you cant do something for them. I think that everyone needs to take some kind of leadership roll before the dump on a choice a leader makes
just remember, there is a difference between a leader and a manager/someone in a position of authority. A leader doesn't just direct or decide for other people, they inspire and facilitate, they are respected and respect others in turn. You can easily be in a position of authority (and do a good job at it) without being a leader
Not Steven Harper. Canada what the fuck where you thinking?! A good leader is someone who isn't a white christian or catholic male aged 45-70.
