okay, my girlfriend went off the pill for 4 days after taking it every day for a giving amount of time, and went back on a week ago, last night we had sex and i came inside her, for some reason i dont think i should have done that.... i really think that was a big nono , im kinda worried, im 16, and i dont want kids right now, she said she would take the morning after pill, and i know theres a givin time for that, i read on the pp site that once u take the first active pill u are in the safe, im just unsure. any tips or advice i would pareciate so much.

First of all, don't cum inside unless you can handle what cums out Also, if she did take the morning after pill (like she's supposed to) then you should be fine

i meant she is willing to take the morning after pill upon my request. not that she did take it, and its not that i cant handle what comes out, we just dont want a kid/s right now.
i know ur not supposed to take the ma pill after every time u cum in a girl on the pill, that would defeat the whole purpose of birthcontrol. its the fact that im a tad worried about this, and i thought maybe some one with REAL knowledge (sp?) would give me some insight

She can take the morning after up to 3 days after(although the sooner the better) This will, however, interfere with the hormones in her regular pills...the best thing she can do is go to her doctor to ask about this. As soon as possible. If you had sex more than 3 days ago its too late anyway, and the pill will either do nothing or do some harm. In this case youll have to see the doc and hope for the best.

well it was last night, so its been 24hrs so far. but my main question is, would her pill be effective, she had gone off it for 4 days, and had been on it for 5 before we had sex, and on pp site it said its effective as soon as its in your system, i know its the purple rectangle pack

I really doubt the people here are in a position to tell you. I know im certainly not. She needs to go to her doctor, who knows about her pills and things. Thats what i did when i was stupid one time, and all was sorted. But the faster the better.

Its very likely that the pill was ineffective. There are some birth control pills that are ineffective if they are not taken at the exact same time every day. Definitely go get the morning after pill ASAP, and have your girl talk to her doctor about getting an rx fot the morning after pill to have on hand just in case. That way if there is another slipup (they do happen from time to time) she will already have the pills at home.

I have a feeeling that they do that to keep the religious right happy, stormyy.

Stonr, you didn't get what babyBud was saying. What cums out.. IS a kid. You said you can handle it, but you don't want kids. Then I would wrap that whopper untill you are ready and know your partner is more responsible at taking her BC. It takes two to make a kid. if you aren't ready, don't be a stonr donor.

i found this on a birth control pill site:

Theoretically, your pills are effective from the seventh day if you start using the Sunday Start or the Day 5 Start cycle. However, for practical purposes you should not consider yourself safe until the end of the first cycle. If you take them regularly, you are protected from then on, even during the week of no birth control pills. Using the Day 1 start, you are protected from pregnancy right away, since you are taking the pill at the beginning of your period, thus interrupting your natural hormonal cycle at the beginning.

i would love to go see the doctor but its now sunday and hes not in, i think im just gonna have my sister go to the pp center and pick me up the morning after pill.
