Both my parents are big fans of David Byrne and the Talking Heads, so I grew up listening to a lot of their stuff.

Any one seen some of David Byrne's Art books? Pretty kooky!

Not saved the eighties. They are def good but can't be compared to the cure or depeche mode or u2. David Byrne is certainly not the genious he claims to be and his photography coffee table book proves he makes genuis out of obscurity-not talent. He is in the likes of the greats though. I mean he certainly deserves recognition but he takes himself way too seriously...and I'm sorry the biker shorts gotta go. and if your really that hot for her and shes really that cold than move on dude...don't take some acid and write a song that should be a jingle for kittly litter

Fear of Music is probably my favourite album of all time, Remain in Light is brilliant as well.

I'd say they were real ground-breakers, music to make you think.
