What is that thing? It looks sorta like a Hyena... but not quite. Looks a lot like an african wild dog... but not quite. Some sort of pig or javalina? I don't think so.

No it's not a Red panda...not an African Wild Dog...they've got Big Ears and Skinny Dark Coloured Legs...

If I had to guess I would say it's a Hyena. But the thing is hyenas tend to be fairly aggressive and at the very least probably would have eaten the cats, but the article and video describe this thing as peaceful. Also it eats grass, not just a little like some dogs do, this thing grazes.

Looks like a hyena to me....a bald one. And why it would be in MD?
Maybe someone owned one illegally and it got away and is sick......that's weird.

 

It looks like a Thylacine, but they're supposed to be extinct.

Oh, I first read about this like two months ago on the Coast to Coast AM website.

Apparantly, they still haven't yet discovered what it is.

Before, they were thinking it was a fox with mange. But it doesn't quite look like a fox, so who knows?
