Oz wrote; lol, it does come outa the bottle like rocket fuel occasionally tho'.... good stuff yeah it does make a very good wine...thanx Oz for the link to a recipe.....since I have made it before ...now I will try making it following a recipe hahaha...oh well what the hell as far as eating the plant in salads you want the young tender leaves....the most mature leaves can be steamed or cooked like spinach or beet tops....makes for good eats either way.....I am not sure about the benefits of the plants...I just know I grew up eating it....and I am still here thanx again for the link Oz
Indeed. Pick them young and they're highly nutritous. Every vitamin and mineral you could want. Well good in salads. Every part of the plan can be used. If you pick them late in the season they'll taste like shit.
