I got my clit hood piercing about a month ago, and I'm pretty sure it's healed now. I was able to pull it all directions today with no pain, the color is normal, and it's not tender. I'm glad I got it, it's really cool. I have an unusually small clit and hood, so the piercer had trouble getting enough tissue to pierce, so it ended up being slightly off to one side. It looks kind of odd, but I still like it. Thanks for all the encouragement and info before my piercing and during the healing processs!
make sure you still do a good job of cleaning it, just in case it isn't totally done healing yet! ps, super cute skirt in your sig pic
Thats a piercing I would like eventually...did you find it hurt much getting done? What about the healing process??
It didn't hurt that much - just the one initial shock. The worst part was looking at the size of the needle. It's HUGE! Healing wasn't bad. I learned one thing the hard way, though - do NOT use that KY Warming Lotion until completely healed!!! Bad!!!!
I forgot to mention the best part - the high afterwards! You don't get the endorphine rush with ear piercings. It was so awesome! I was driving home with my friend, raving about how clear everything looked. LOL!
