Once i had a dream i was on a big old ship, there were hundreds of people on board and we had to make this very long line in order to get our rooms assigned, the line was so long i got tired of waiting to get my room and key so i went all the way to the beginning of it and saw that the "ship owners" where giving keys to the people on the line, but the keys were really weird.. so i wanted to see where did they got those keys from and followed one of the guys, when he opened the door to the room he got the keys from, i say hundreds of human bodies laying on their bellies, all dead and with the spine missing. The owners took people and while they were still alive removed their spinal column and the bones from it bacame keys for the rooms in the ship. That was really disgusting.....

I have to disagree with your generalisations, feather. It's all gobbledygook. Delegating certain objects to have meaning always discards the circumstance, mood, and emotion of the Dream itself. I am no Dream interpreter, but I do think that Dreams come to us because of the direction our minds are taking at the time (often...not always, of course!). That is quite an interesting one, Amy...sounds a bit morbid...making keys of the spines of the people waiting for their rooms...I could draw modern parallels, but it's not my place. Please share more dreams!
ah, you know this reminds me of that celtic song about the harp, that was made from the hair and bones of a girl who had been shoved off a cliff into the ocean by her sister who wanted her lover, and when the harp was inocently and inadvertantly played in the presence of the perp everyone in the room knew who donnit. could've just been that playing on the radio when you went to sleep. =^^= .../\...
