And the number is the inches around your chest....and the letter is the size of your breasts...

Usually by measuring around your breasts and subtracting the number of inches UNDER your boobs...you can figure out the cup size:

0-2 inches = A
2-4 inches = B
4-6 inches = C
6-8 inches = D

ETC....

Or it's something like that.
