i was reading about something about a girls menstral cycle. they say you feel the horniest around day 18 of yer menstral cycle, because of all the estrogen. and something like around day 14 or something yer not in the mood for sex. something to do with horomones and all. this seems to be true, but i was wonering..how do you know what day u are on? i mean, does "day 1" of your menstral cycle the first day AFTER you stop your period? or is it the FIRST day you get your period, or what? how do you keep track of that? thanks!
Well you ovulate between 12 and 16 days before the first day of your period, so maybe that's it? I guess day one is literally day one (1st day of period)... sorry I can't help anymore
Day one is the day your period begins, i believe. Then you should stop at around 4-10, ovulate at around 14. I always thought 14 was your most horny time though, because of the ovulation. Maybe im wrong about it all. But its what ive always thought. Xx P.s-all things considered, all that probably WAS wrong. Im terrible with numbers. I usually work on intuition.
