ok to make a long story short went downtown, drank a bottle of robotussin, met up with friend whos mom is shooting movie and hung round with them. ok so im hanging round on a movie set at this little house in a town called midway wich consist of a gas station (thats all ) you know the kind of town its all like hey were in midwa.....oh never mind were in a different town already. so im spose to be a tech of this film my friends mom is shooting and there is ntohing left for me and my friend to do (my friend is also a tech) until we pack up. so were all outta of soda (wich we bought alot of just cuz we could ) so my friend was like lets go up to that gas station and get a drink cuz they have a soda machine outside. ok on we roll to the gas station (about a 1\4 maybe less of a mile up the road) at about nine at night. we get up there and i see a cd case on the ground so i pick it up look it over throw it back down. then a sheriff puls in i (i didnt have anything on me so i was fine, but i was trippin) so i was kinda freakin out (shaikin a bit) and the cop walks up to me and says "hey what you doin out here buddy" just gettin a drink sir "got any needles, knives, guns or drugs on you tonight BUDDY " no sir (then the fucker starts circlin me, so i keep lookin at him) "hey BUDDY im tryin to pat you down so STAND STILL" ok????..... (the fucker pats me down the legs and comes to my cell phone) "WHATS that in your pocket buddy" money and a cell phone sir "hmmmmm ok" (so i take it out and show him and he steps back like oh no!!!! a litle 15 year old kids gonna shoot me [he didnt say that but]) "ok then" "so what you guys realy doin out here buddy" were shoottin a movie down there at a little apartment and we came up here to get a drink "a movie, whats it about" its a ghost movie?!?!?! "hmm" "come on What you guys realy doin up here" explained the same thing in more detail "is there an adult up there?" yup " well, ok, you guys should headin back there now " um ok and this what my friend got (at the same time as i was being questioned) "got any knives son" nope just gettin a drink "ok have a nice night " but it wasnt past curphew or anything we were just minding our own buisness . pigs. -rydns
didnt seem like he did anything bad... Just doin his job, questioning some (possibly) suspicious looking teens.
He didn't even break any rules when it comes to searching anybody. He prolly let your friend off cause he already knew the story. Reaching into your pocket during a pat-down is a serious no-no and the cop could've shot you and wouldn't have been outside his legal rights.
a certain amount of time they can stay out.. hehe just like parents watching there kids.. sucks to be you..
my friend was being questioned at the same time by another cop like ten feet away. curphew is me mispelling curfew. i checked the rules, he could question me put wasnt allowed to pat me down unless he thought i had a gun or some called in and said i was sellin drugs.
wow i cant believe u have curfew, i couldnt ever imagine that, i would feel so angry if someone a the ordacity to believe they could tell me to be inside by a certain time!!!
so, he "thought u had a gun". that means he can just say he thought the person did and search anyone he wants.
It's a legal thing, in smaller towns there's a curfew, like in my town you can't walk around after midnight if you're under 18. It's pretty dumb.
well thats poor, y dont u guys protest? or does it not really matter? where i live, the landscape is the most beautiful in the early hours
