Yet another homemade contraption

I was thinking about one of those little pumps you can get that you stick the drill in and it pumps water. Does anyone think this can be converted into a electric pipe?

 

yeah it could be but you'd have to have the weed sittin on a pin or somethin then you'd have to burn it and use the water thingy to collect the smoke which would have to be collected in something it cant get out of. Try it and let us know how it turns out.
