Sense the days of world war I and world war II... all the way to vietnam and now to present-day iraq... how have the anti-war-protests changed? Have they at all? Has there been differences? People definitely seem more united now.

Anti war protest has changed in the simple fact that there are now anti war protests, a tradition that only really starts with the emergence of socialism during the first world war.

The manner of protest has more or less remained the same, with rallies in the streets an lots of shouting, though these protests have become more organised thanks to the mass media and the internet in particular allows for greater coordination.

Also, why do you think people are more united now?

One big difference is a decrease in the level of violence at protests.
During the anti-nuclear power demonstrations, both demonstrators and cops began attending non-violence trainings. Today they are standard.
Compared to the 60's Seatle was very peaceful.
