key to getting high

okay, so me and my boyfriend are planning on getting high on monday and having sex (we've always wanted to have sex high) but i just want some pointers on the best ways to get high because i want to make sure that i will be high for this. I've smoked twice before, i didnt get high the first time and i got semi-high the second. I coughed a lot the first time, and not a lot the second time so...what i basically wanna know is how should i breathe it in? hold it? all that stuff. fyi, we have a bowl.

 

the simplest way of putting it: take a hit. before you exhale, breath in as much normal air as possible that your lungs can fit.

If your chest blooms upward and tummy goes in, youre not breathing right. ideally, your chest shouldnt even expand until your fillin lungs to the brim. the smoke needs to go deep, into the bottom of your lungs near the gut.

but thats just what to have in mind, if you follow the simple instruction at the top, it should work fine.

here is a test to see if youve done it right. you should be able to, after doing the above instruction, say "my name is bill" without any smoke coming out

optionally, you can substitute "bill" with your own name, or maybe someone you dont even know

 

YEa and hold it for a few seconds

 

you need weed and a lighter and something to smoke with....and a lung or two.

Just remember to hold it in for awhile and take a few extra inhales after your hit so all the smoke is in your lungs. Have fun =)

 

Breathe in as much smoke as you can.. Then take a huge gasp of air. Hopefully you'll cough your ass off, which is a pretty clear signal that you did it right.

Just not the first time you did it cuz some people just don't get high the first time..

 

not to be a dick, but how do ya know you wanna have sex high if you've never really been high? and again, honestly not trying to be a dick, just wondering how the idea came about.

i think itd be a good idea to wait until youve gotten really good n high and just chilled n shit first but do what ya want, im not your daddy lol. is ur boyfriend more expirienced with pot then you? if so ask him for some pointers...but then again i know a kid whos been smoking 4 years and still doesnt know shit about bud. try and take semi-large hits and hold it n and try counting to ten before exhaling. do it in a comfortable setting and when you dont have a bunch of bullshit on your mind, so you can focus on the high.

it might be really hard to have sex the first time you get really high. i remember the first time i got high (it took me 6 tries ): ) i could barely move, i can't imagine how crazy having sex would've been!

oh and remember when you're smoking to take a slow, steady hit. don't try to fill your lungs as fast as possible.
