Anyone Else Going to College For Art? (or has already went?)

I'm an ameteur at hand drawing and painting but those will be my basic courses in my two year commercial art and design associates degree I want to get. Im more into digital art on the computer but I want to better my drawing skills as well.

 

Yeah. I go to college for art right now. My concentration is drawing, but I already have some kind of basis for graphics arts. just a few more classes for that. I'm not really into computers though, so I'll probably stick with drawing.

 

That's awesome. Hopefully I'll be accepted to the school I want to go to and I'll be starting next fall.

I went to the University of Windsor, did a BFA from 1971 to 75. Hmm...that makes me ancient!

I majored in painting & sculpture. In those days we had to do a thesis in 4th year. Mine was painting. I recently looked up Windsor's site. No mention of a thesis there now.
