The chai latte my mom fed me last night

gave me food poisoning. Eh, at least I got out of school.

 

Chai Lattes are orgasmic.

 

i dont think ive ever had one. im sick too though, just not enough to stay at home. my throat hurts like a mofo.

 

wtf is a chai latte (what is it made of) becasue i always see swanky business types drinking them at clapham junction station(!)

 

Chai is a type of tea mixture. A chai latte is when this flaver is mixed with steamed milk. I can't really describe the taste, a lot of people say it reminds them of thanksgiving/christmas. They are pretty fuckin good.

oh ive had those, i dont like them though. its got ginger or somthing in it that makes it taste like pumpkin pie, too weird for me. i hope you feel better though!

 

was the milk bad? thats the only way I can think of that it would give you poisoning... unless you're allergic to cinnamon or something

 

it's chai tea and milk...that pretty much it..you get the tea sting then the milk taste then, this ABSOLUTELY horrid wrath of after taste...then you take another sip, it's actually pretty delicious

 

I think it must have been the milk.

I've tried the real chai from a couple of places and i don't think it's as good as the latte with the fake flavoring. Everyone has different taste buds.

 

I only like the really fake, processed kind. My taste buds are victims of Starbucks.

 

I used to only like the fake kind, but the cafe by my work has the greatest real stuff. The key for me is to not have too much ginger... that just ruins the rest of it.

 

sorry about the poisoning.... love chai, not crazy about having milk in it tho, to me it makes it kinda gross...
