I was busted 5 weeks ago, and at that point I was an everyday smoker. I smoked two times before New Years after that, under my parents' radar. My court date is Feb. 7, and any time after that my parents could start testing me (they said they would, I believe they will). Now, my friend was just killer and hooked me up with a couple nugs. I won't be able to smoke for like 6 months (when I turn 18) after my court. So basically, I'm asking:

A: In the U.S., if I get Probation in court (about 50/50 chance), would I start being tested legally right away?
B: Need I be worried, if I use it all in the next couple of days, of it showing up on a test in two weeks?

Any experienced help would be AWESOME. I don't think I'll be able to stop myself from using what I got now... but I'd rather be assured or know if I'm at risk.

I wouldn't take the chance. failing a pisser after recently being busted won't be good for you at all. unless your parents know you were a heavy smoker, than u can claim its just lingering along ass time.

Not worried about failing the parents' test, they wouldn't test me RIGHT after anywway. I'm talking about probation, if I get it. Do they start testing right away?

like the second week of probation from what i understand...and if you piss dirty, you have to hire a lawyer again and go to court again...so pretty much its just stop smokin, its not that hard at all to do.

i've been in the same/similar situations and i had the same problem
looking from an objective perspective, i say why take the risk, whats another couple highs

on the other note, when i was in the situation i reealllly wanted to toke, ...so i dunno man

all i can say i do believe it's better not to even if all goes well cuz it just isn't worth the risk

but the choice is always yours
