I absolutely LOVE John Frusciante's solo work, I've loved him for years. I have the album 'Niandra Lades and Usually Just a T-Shirt' and it is just fucking amazing. I'd have to say my favourite song of his is probably either 'mascara', or 'curtains.' Though, I also love 'as can be', 'head (beach arab)', 'running away into you', 'been insane'...aaah hell, the whole album's great. All of his stuff is.
I havent heard any of his solo stuff...... but I have seen RHCP, and I was quite impressed by john frusciante, I think he MAKES the band what it is.

i love the dude my fav album would be shadows collide with people then i like to record only water for ten days and last is smile from the streets you hold, three of his best albums
I've only heard the Shadows Collide with People album, but I did very much love that! Will be hunting out some of his other stuff soon
he is amazing. one of the best musicians of all time for sure! his work is far better than anything the chili peppers could ever hope to put out also, you know that he does it for the love of the musio and not for the money. a true artist in every way
