I loved Requiem and Pi. Darren Aronofsky is an amazing director. I got both movies at circuit city for $15. Both were good, but I prefer Pi because I've never seen a movie like that before. I like how it makes you think about numbers and that math is the language of nature. There's not much to get from it, I suppose it's just to make you think.

Holy shit, requiem is a sad movie. I almost felt bad for the mom, but she's an old, naive, dumb bitch. Sooo whatever.

Now I need something like Pirates of the Carribean to make me feel better. That kicks so much ass.

First time I saw that movie, it finished, I hit play again and watched it all the way through a second time. It's a great film.

    Powerful.

And anyone that's ever been really into dope can kinda relate to it... in a way.

I always knew that I wouldn't ever do heroin, and after seeing this movie I don't know why anyone would start in the first place. I don't care how good it might feel, it's not worth it in the slightest.

Anything physically addictive, to me, isn't worth using, unless it's caffeine which I'm already addicted to, or chemicals in my brain.

Alright I watched it, really cool film. It was pretty unique in a lot of ways. They must have edited a lot of stuff out though, because it wasnt nearly as disturbing as people made it sound. What happened in the end with jennifer connely? Did they gang bang her or something? I think they edited the fuck out of that part.

Also, it was pretty exaggerated. Especially the amphetamines. But it added to the message I guess.

She is being double-dildoed with another girl, while stock brokers or whatever watch for a fee. Also, I watched it the first time after a shroom trip. That refridgerator scared the shit out of me.

Also, I don't think the amphetamines are exaggerated at all; especially for an old woman.

Based on my experiences with getting strung out on adderall, and living with a full blown tweaker for 14 months, I thought it was exaggerated... It was right on, just over the top.

And I am definitely going to have to see the unedited version now.

Its not exaggerated, you should see some of my friends who got into meth. Its def. not exaggerated. And they are shooting coke, not heroin. I think I'm the only one who always notices that.

Its def. my favorite movie ever.

Look man, first of all this wasnt street meth that was cut with god knows what. They were prescription amphetamines. And she wasnt even eating that many. I have been totally strung out on that shit, and I can tell you this is hollywood sensationalism. My roommate even got psychosis from the speed and ended up baker acted, which is 72 hours locked down in a psych ward. Dont get me wrong, it can definitely destroy you, but it shouldnt have been to that extreme in this case. Maybe if she ran through her script in 2 days, then started getting meth off the street for the rest of the month.

What makes you think it was coke? Definitely heroin man..
