It fucking rocks, such a good album. Not AS good as Mesmerize but still great. I never used to be so into them but these two albums have really got me there, the singles they released before are cool too but im not a big fan of their other albums.
I've always liked old school system i.e. their self titled album, never really liked the direction they went in after that, Plus I played war? for a talent show in middle school when everyone else was doing pop stuff...good times

there have been alot of threads on the latest two releases by soad, already..... but i still gotta say that mesmerize/hypnotize is the best output the band has put out... I really quite enjoy it....... I think people either love it or loathe it....
I think mesmerize/hypnotize are absolutely great! It's really weird music, but I'm totally into it. Mesmerize/hypnotize get me much more than soad's previous work.
Hmm, that's a toughy. I absolutely hated the album the first time I heard it, but then I hated Mesmerize after the first listen as well, and now I'm in love with it. I think Hypnotize will grow on me the more I listen to it. But I gotta say, nothing beats the old stuff.
There old stuff was good but i could never realy listen to it for that long b4 i got bored , however mesmerize/hypnotize just blew me away , both albums are just full of awsome melodies and the tracks progress into each other perfectly , i can just listen to both albums strait thru no need for the " >>| " button
I love SOAD. Hypnotize is awesome! I saw them when they came to Houston last August. It was a powerful show. I love their music. Looking forward 2 a 2006 tour!!!
