well... i'm from estonia and i can speak a little russian... and half of europe languages are based on russian.. so it's good to know this language.

I'm Learning At The Moment...Slowly Taching Myself So I'll Definately Go There One Day Also Learning A Little Bit Of Polish And Some Other Eastern Eurpean Languages So One Day I Shall Know Them All At Least A Little Bit. But Mainly Russian; I Plan To Be Fluent. MWHAHAHAHA.

I learn russian in school too, unfortunately i'm not going very well with it, but i think it comes better with every day. I live in Latvia and yea we were the SSSR too, so we learn russian in schools now. Well, everyone can choose to learn russian or german, I chose russian and in fact, it's really good to know because there are so many people still speaking russian in eastern europe and to know russian is good way of our communication. I'm going to travel to Poland in this summer and I know I'm a just winner because I know english and russian though new generation [at least in Latvia] knows russian less than our parents.
