Waking up broken every morning

    Hey guys,
    Every morning I wake up with a whole lotta tension in my upper body, especially in my shoulders and neck area! I'm getting so sick of it, it's been too long now! I bought a new pillow, I bought a new mattrass, I massage myself, I ask my bf to massage me (but he sucks at it haha), I use tigerbalm, I take hot showers, I do some yoga stretches, nothing works! Also I'd like to prevent it instead of dealing with it afterwards! I really dunno what to do and what could be the cause.. Could it have something to do with depression? I got it too when I'm feeling fine though.. :(

    if this has happened just recently then it might be chickenpox! it takes 2 weeks to come out.
    use a lower pillow, you might need a much firmer mattress, think about using a futon with a base that is flat without slats
    bring one knee up high to keep your back straight. think about getting better footwear and how you stand during the day and how you lift objects.

    It could also be weakness and tightness in the shoulder.
    Pushups might help .
