Too simple

    I know this is way too easy, but it's soooo good. Cut an apple in half (any kind) and scoop out the seeded center. Put a small pat of butter in one half. Fill the other scooped out part with brown sugar. Put the halves back together. Wrap tightly in a single layer of aluminum foil. Throw it in the oven or toaster oven on about 300 degrees until it is soft when you push on the outside. Usually 40-50 minutes or so, depending on how you like it done. Best when they are fresh out of the oven. Sooooo good and so easy.
