So in a mad moment of insanity I cut all my dreads off this weekend and now have REALLY short hair. Never had hair that was shorter than below my shoulders so I'm still in a state of shock. Ah well, it's hair - and it feels really good to scrub my head Anyway.......have a few dready items from my head that I would like to trade if anyone is interested. A African headwrap from Hazel (Phunkybrewster), an amzing wool handknitted tam and a peyote wrap that I was wearing (made by me) I'll take pictures of them later if anyone is interested!
wow...i wanna see it too..what made you decide to do it? i was too chickenshit to cut mine..i brushed em out..that was some serious fun... just me, a hair pick and a tub of conditioner..it was nasty to see the funk that came outta them..

AGHHHHHHH don't remind me. I've been through that. ahahah. I agree. SERIOUS fun. It took 6 hours or something. I miss em.
have you ever had them?? ive personally never felt as at ease with myself than i do with them. they hold a lot for me. also they taught me patience, aand brought my vanity level down a hell of a lot.
