    Dreamscape

Take me amidst the soft cool breeze.
In the still shade of the evergreen trees.
And let me fall to my knees.
And obey the vigilant eye ablaze in the night sky.
In the twilight of mid July.

    Furnish the tessellated floor.
    You soar towards crystal door.
And swim your way towards the apple gates.
    To carry these cloudy weights.
    Leaden arms and dire straits.
And in a weary state I await,
    The gates to open.

Clear the leaves from the cotton snow.
The howling wind a blow in the skies golden glow.
    And master what you know.
To find faint traces in the sand.
    Glory in my hand
An a echo in a land.
In a cosmic wave in time.
Sublime chariots in rhyme, the jingle of the chime.
    Cascades under the pine.
And if there is vague scents tempered with the mist.
    And a sudden gentle twist.
    Don’t Mind the fearful woe.
For tomorrow will never know about today.

Purpurate the tulip and ripples in the stream.
Float on a cloud through the steam.
    In your seldom vibrant dream.
Glide on a gentle current through the air.
Take a splendid trip to the lair,
    Of the magnificent spectral mare.
Serenaded by your mind you escape.
    To a majestic cape
To a serene dreamscape far away
Take me to the garden’s may.
And the scarlet flowers of a bygone day once upon a golden dawn.

This poem is written brilliantly. The effect is fantastically woven together, in magnificence almost like an otherworldly dream. I really enjoyed reading your lovely poem. I hope to read more poems by you in the coming months! :)
