I have a bob marley shirt... ooh... I thought I was wearing it at first. It has the legend artwork on it. I'm wearing a styx/peter frampton/nelson brothers shirt... blegh... they got to make them all in black.. I have two or three black concert tour shirts and I grab them and I'm like.. "This must be the whatever shirt" and I'm like oh crap... it's the other shirt.... umm.... I'm going to bed.... lmao.

    He's great! :)
Especially this song called: 'War' which is Haille Sellasie's speech changed in a song.
    It's just great. :)

I also like 'Three Little Birds' lots, for some reason.

I was at this reggae festival on Saturday, and Bob Marley's son was performing, even though, I wasn't too impressed by him - I remember him only partly, though, due to alcohol - but some other brazilian band played a couple of his covers, and people (they were all pretty much hippie-like) were all so peaceful, chilling to the music, singing, dancing, the peaceful vibe = great!

And the guy started telling something about world peace and how we can change the world all together, god, it makes you feel so strong and stuff, really, worth going. :)

    Oh, I've gone off-topic, hehe.

    Love,
    Borut

I dont wear his shirts anymore, they are nothing but a pig capitalist money maker. its quite offensive to me when I see people wearing Marley shirts, they are doing nothing but supporting the same people who opposed Marley all those years ago. Just listen to his music, thats where its at.

You know, I was just recalling something. I don't think I've ever shoplifted anything in my life. My cousin got busted for it...

"I dont wear his shirts anymore, they are nothing but a pig capitalist money maker."

So, it was quite obvious you want to boycot the capitalism - but you're supporting it all the time by buying stuff from the shops and whatever...

Anyhow, I got mine on some stands, on some market.
They were selling them on these stands on the reggae festival, too, and I don't see any problems with that.

It's a bit sad, but you can't boycot the capitalism - except if you're going to grow all your stuff by yourself, and sew your own clothes and such - we need a change, but we can't boycot the system (completelly) yet.

    Love,
    Borut

I love shoplifting...I miss it so much. But from now on I'm just going to steal shit from school, unless prices get more inflated then they are now.

no its not that I go all out by not buying capitilist money making shit, its just that I find it offensive that these big business companies are making money off shit they resent. What would happen if Bob or Che were alive today, and started rallies for what they believe in Amerika? These big businesses would have nothing to do with them, and they would support the govt arresting them and locking them up. But now, they see Marley and Guevara as a way to make money off of brainwashed uneducated kids.

Brainwashed or not - hippies were brainwashed by the hippy ideology, too, keep that in mind - they can still make a change.

See - it's the point that matters, not the way to get to that point, if it's non-violent.

To make it simplier - hippies in the 60's were brainwashed by other hippies, too, and they made a change.

These kids today are brainwashed by others, but they can make a change.

It doesn't matter whether they're brainwashed or not - it's the result (the change) they do that matters.

    Get it now?

    Love,
    Borut

P.S.:Not trying to be mean, but you get confused very fast, and I think you're brainwashed by hippie ideology lots, too, which isn't wrong as long as you don't do bad to yourself - drugs and such.
I wouldn't be surprised if they started making dozens of money with bellbottoms and other hippie stuff off of brainwashed uneducated kids.

I so wanna understand what youre talking about, but Im not making any sense of it at all., very very . And I dont think I get confused easily because of the drugs, Ive been pretty damn near drug free for a long ass time(Ive only smoked weed once since may 6th, and ive only done "lsd" 4 times since then). But whatever man, this thread is starting to make my head hurt....lmao
