all of my toys ended up destroyed, either by the dog chewing on them, or my brothers burying them in the sandpile, or getting stepped on, or thrown 50 feet......

yeah i loved the tranformers, but only the old school. I know his mind survived the tranfer of the matrix, but Optimus Prime will forever be a big rig in my mind.... R.I.P.

after the encounter with the unicron, the transformers just got anoying to me

My husband has a huge collection of Star Wars action figures from way back when Star Wars first came out. And my oldest son has a huge collection of the new Star Wars action figures. The older ones definitely seem to hold up better than the new ones, they can take more abuse.

it was pretty cool but he was a bit of an arsehole, never let us touch his precious little toys.

GI Joe with the Kung Fu grip

Big Jim and Big Josh -- action figures that had biceps that grew when thier arms were flexed -- nowadays would be instantly pegged as 'gay'

    Stretch Armstrong

    Howdy Doody.........not really

    Lorne Greene.........hehehe
