iPod Mini-- HELP?!

whenever i reset my ipod the weird little sad face icon appears. sometimes i can get rid of this simply by plugging it into the computer when it goes to the apple screen but this time it wont work it's been a few hours and all it does while it's plugged in is the apple logo appears, goes to the sad face, and shows the battery with the lightening bolt icon. it keeps doing that iv unplugged it and replugged it a few times and that won't help. resetting it really doesn't help. and it wont go into disk mode for me to restore it... it doesnt show up on my computer, itunes, and ipod updater. HELP PLEASE!

 

I would suspect your Hard drive is dead

Thanks. Unfortunetely that's true... I'm kind of annoyed because I got it in July of this year. ::le sigh:: I thought it would last longer.

 

You still have the warranty then, right?

 

If you have a receipt, you should have 1yr warrenty. Call 1 800 MY APPLE and talk to theeir tech support people.
