Do guys know when another guy is hot

A girl can always tell when another girl is attractive and we have no problem pointing it out. But do guys know when another guy is hot? I mean even if you're completely heterosexual.

 

No. But not because of any type of homophobia or anything, it's just because guys, in general, are disgusting animals, and we're not hot in the least. I think most girls would agree.

 

Yeah. Now of course, I have certain taste in guys, even being heterosexual. But yes, I totally can recognize when a guy is attractive, and even am aware that I personally find a guy attractive (a "boy-crush" of sorts, knowing that, _were_ I either into guys or actually a girl, I'd be crazy about someone).

 

I can totally recognize when another guy is attractive, too. A few of my friends are quite handsome, and have proven themselves to be quite the lady-charmers. My female friends might say so-and-so is hot, and I can often see why they say that, too. I mean, I really wouldn't mind having those arms and the six-pack! I guess having more female friends than guy friends also plays a part in making me more receptive to things like this as well.... At least for me, anyway.

 

My crush shut down my cam once because his friend was coming over and he didn't want his friend to know what I looked like... he told me that his friend is hot and a real ladies man and didn't want him to try to steal me.. I guess that would count as a guy noticing if another guy was attractive.

 

i can look at another guy and say "yeah, he's good looking"
hell, depending on the guy, i can look at him and go "DAMN! he's sexy"

me and my straight (guy) friend always talk about cute boys...so yeah...they can.

 

I can tell. I guess I'm pretty bisexual, but it doesn't really matter to me, so yeah, whatever.

 

My idea of attractive is not fat, so I guess I can recognize that. Other than that I'm lost. I'm alway trying to figure out if I look good by comparing what I look like to other dudes that are considered hot.

 

I've met guys who can. I mock them for it because I'm a jerk.

 

I can recognize a beautiful female, or a beautiful male.


I prefer the males.

 

My old friend "Moose" cleaned up nicely. Josh is the only guy I've actually been attracted to. Yeah, you can tell what guys are attractive, you just prefer not to (unless you're a cloverboy)

Sort of. A buddy and I might make a reference to another guy as "He has it way too easy."


Other than that, it's something like "that guy is buff" or whatever.

 

I can usually tell if a guy is attractive, but that's based on what I think women want, which is sometimes spot on, while other times, I'm way off.

 

Only when I walk past the mirror! ;-)

In all honesty, I think that like all people, guys are going to have tastes in what they find attractive in other guys. Sometimes I'll look at a guy and think he looks good and girls will disagree. Sometimes I look at a guy and am repulsed but girls think he's hot. The sad truth is that, even though guys actually have their own ideas of what attracts them in other guys instead of following the mainstream views, it's hard for them to admit it.

 

Actually, you are not exactly correct in the assumption that a woman knows when another woman is "Hot". You have no idea how many times a woman has said to me that another woman is "Hot" or "Beautiful"........AND...I just don't see it. She might be "alright" but, NOT that special in my eyes. More times than not a woman thinks another woman is hot, when I don't.

okay...so i can't really think of anyone that I personally find attractive
but i do know that i'm not gay
and it just doesn't really matter to me
i lika the vagina =P
but my sexuality reflects nothing upon my thought process

 

Oh yeah for sure, in some cases we can tell because we wouldn't mind looking like that.

 

I can tell if a another guy has good style (well dressed, or dressed the way I'd dress)..not if he's "hot".
