Where can I find this (group) of Jews?

I am looking for this group of Jewsè (Tattory Karta) I wish I spelled it rightly, i.e. (the guarders of the city), I read about them in an Arabic book so I don't know what they called in English exactly, does anybody know a website for them, I wish so, thank you very much beforehand.

Thank you very much in the first place, the book says that they are an orthodox Jews, the largest assemblage for them is in New York and there are small groups in London, Quds= Jerusalem etc, some of them fast and half-mast the flags in the day of proclaiming the state of Israel, they believe that they should wait the Messiah and he will establish the state of Israel, they are against the Zionism. They believe that they can live peacefully with the nations according to the Prophet Jeremiah, and there is no need for strong Armies or force. They called themselves (Aramaic: Tattory Karta) i.e. (the guards [Janitors, doorkeepers, concierges] of the city), I read about them in an Arabic book so I don't know what they called in English exactly, they called themselves like that because in one of the Talmud stories, there was two of the rabbis who went to Palestine to be sure that each city of its cities includes a school and a temple where the children study the Jewish Law, and they asked a people of one of the cities about the city's guards, the people of the city got the policemen, the two rabbis said: they aren't the guards of the city, they are the destroyer of the city ( Mahirphee Karta) the real guards of the city are those who pray in the temples and teach the children Torah and study it. The district that they live in Jerusalem is called in English (the hundred gates/ doors)
