DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHAT WISCONSINS STAND POINT ON LEGALIZATION OF MEDICINAL USAGE IS? i know it's legal in some states, alaska, arizona, hawii, nevada, + cali... just to namea few... but what bout here? how can i find outwhat i can do to help out... i have a severly screwed up back that causes me daily pain, pain killers dont help at all, im not even a popper or anything, marijuana is the only thing i have found that even remotely eliviates it. it would be great if i could atleast get the satisfaction out of helpin out.
