What system do all of you use and what features? you know I probably should have put this in the computer section, oops. If a mod wants to move it they can.
sounds like a decent pc, chris. congrats. my pc is a dell and it sounds almost exactly like what yours is even though it is old(er).
I'm ordering my new PC tomorrow. AMD Athlon Dual Core X2 64 Bit 4800+ with 1MB of Level 2 Cache Nvidia FX7800 GTX Extreme Edition 512MB PCI Express x 2 4GB of DDR RAM Thermaltake 'Tai Chi' tower (with inbuilt water cooling) Asus A8N-SLi Premium Socket 939 Motherboard inc. Q-Switch It has loads of other features including loads of blue LEDS but yeah..
Oh fuck off. :$ How much is that gonna cost you by the way? I do hope you'll not waste the proc with a crappy 32 bit os.
It comes with a 64 bit OS It's not going to cost me a cent because it's a new years present, hehe (but yeah, about 2,500 just for an extreme gaming PC)
Way to go, Gateways are my personal favorite. Those machines are rock solid! Although, Celerons = Electrical Poo when it comes to performance, but they're tolerable~ Personally my main computer is my own custom build, and I have a Gateway S-7200C Convertible Notebook for travel and whatnot. It's nice!
i gots a 1gig celeron 256 mb SDRAM cd/r drive dvd drive badass stereo plugged into it winxp 40gig storage hard drive 20gig main hard drive this computer is about 4 years old and the only original parts are the motherboard, cpu, and modem. everything else, even the case and powersupply are custom. oh the 20gig main hd came with it too
Yeah, I love working in 3D! The $2000 worth of GPU's is just for gaming though. I'm going to upgrade my broadband connection to eliminate 'ping'
