    Skinny Puppy and diaspora (Front Line Assembly, Download, etc) - Tangerine Dream - Aphex Twin (there's a guy who likes to innovate) - Walter/Wendy Carlos and Yello.

    Tangerine Dream is classic and innovative,even in their Prog Rock days.One can't certainly forget Mr or Ms.Carlos.What about Vangelis...and I'm not talking about his New Age stuff.Goblin in their zany years did alot of awesome stuff(For God's sake they did the soundtrack to Dawn of the Dead.)Kraftwerk is definately there on the list.

    But if you want Industrial,I say the top 5 are Throbbing Gristle,Front 242,Skinny Puppy,Ministry,and Front Line Assembly(I was going to put in Nine Inch Nails...but Mr. Reznor strayed away from his electronic roots to pursue a career in Angst Rock.)
