okay, so for school we have to write a book for advance english. and it can be non fiction, fiction, whatever. so what i was thinking of doing was like a really trippy, and deep book. i guess kind of down the same road as 'alice in wonderland' so if anyone has any ideas, plots, quotes or anything deep, trippy, or inspirational that would fit in well, please tell me
Look at some 60's posters/album covers for ideas for colours/ imagery. As for written content, listen to some songs, like Magic Bus or whatever, and create a story that revolves around it.
hehehe.. it would be cool as you would make a diary.. and like e.g. 01.01.2006 SAVLIA TRIPPIN.. description how much and what happend.. or then make it kinky and weird through humor.. 02.01.2006 Pure Weed lol the same.. 02.01.2006 Vodka dont remember anything.. was peeing in my pants.. or anyway you can make something up as well, to make it more humorous and dont lie about the trippin just make it bigger
i wouldnt put actually drugs in the story because its for school haha... make up symbols for it ya know. like a threshold, for example when alice falls down into the hole trying to find the rabbit ya know. thats the threshold. the doorway into something else, another place. idk i would def. use the music idea, listen to some songs that u dig and make a story about it. like put them all together ya know. make up charaters that have unique personalities, or base them on ur friends, and make it like where u and ur friends are sitting in ur room, and somethin happens and ur like in the music, in the songs ya know, and play it out from there. that would be awesome haha peace~
hei.. maby yes as yer in the states.. as yer in europe you have free will to write everything you want. Nobody starts accuse you that yer smoking weed or something. Its just the difference of the cultures and politics and society... think how yer teacher and school thingy would be thinking about this wonderful idea you are having right now..
In my opinion, lots of times when people try to write deep stuff, it comes off either bad or pretentious, and both aren't good
