Help For Someone Getting Into Tape Trading

I've been into the dead for awhile, I've traded shows over aim a few times and got some of the shows from archive.org. Now that the soundboard quality shows are gone, I'm really starting to miss them. I've heard alot about torrents but dont really know where to get started. So I'd like to meet some people who are willing to help me out and get me started, as well as talk about the dead and other bands and trade shows over aim. If this goes well I think it should be stickied because i know there has to be lots of others who are in my situation. Thanks!
