hey im planning a trip to amsterdam and im deffenetly gonna b eating alot of shrooms (i like the hawiian shrooms)............ my question is: is it legal to bring a shroom grow kit back home with me to the usa? what about spores? i really wanna grow my own shrooms
i dont think its legal but id hide it in like somekind of box and just be careful. i wouldnt put it in the suitcase thats goes underthe plane id have it in a carry on cuz u no how they do those random searches and it could be urs. but be safe.
teh grow kits are illegal in the US as they contian mycelium which has a psilocin content. Same situation i the UK. However spores arent illegal so you can use this method http://www.shroomery.org/index.php/par/23593 to grow some. and the spores can be mailed direct to your house. Do not smuggle them accross the border, that is very very dumb. However although the spores syringes are legal as soon as fungus tissue, mycelium, starts to form it is illegal.
Wise advice to take heed of~! There is no reason why you can not just wait untill you get back and start from scratch..... unless you were locked up for trying to smuggle spawn across an international border. I do not believe they take lightly to smuggling ANYTHING illegal (or legal for the matter) across international borders! Az
