I managed to catch The Allman Brothers with moe. this summer at SPAC (Saratoga Performing Arts Center) in Saratoga Springs, NY. Fucking rad show...moe. really rocked out and The Allman Brothers rocked out into the night. Definitely recommend catching one or both bands if you can.

I caught them in September in Council Bluffs IA. Antigone Rising opened. The Allman Brothers were great! Butch Trucks had like a 25 minute percussion solo. Damn, there is nothing like it. Nothing at all. This was the 4th time I've seen them, and everytime is a blast. I do have to say that the smaller auditorium they play, the much more they seem to enjoy it, and sound is the best. The Allman's are one of my favorites, and seeing them always is very special for me. Derek is really doing justice on guitar. When they come around, I wouldn't miss them for the world!
