MMM..Beer

Its midsummer in Oz right now. I went to get a cold beer out the fridge and it looked like my dad hadn't replaced em after we drank all the beer at christmas. I searched frantically, knocking over condiments almost crying finally there it was in all its glory behind the milk and jam. At the back was the most beautiful can of icy cold Ale. I took it out and took the first mouthful, it was pure extasy, I had tears of joy in my eyes and a bit of a hard on as I felt the first little bit of alcohol run through my blood.

Does anyone else love that first mouthful of cold beer as much as i do?

 

the first mouthful is usually nasty. i like the mouthfuls after i've put down a six pack.

really, who the hell likes the taste of beer? it's awful.

 

I'm more of a whiskey woman.

 

haven't had beer in a while

only really is good when it's warm outside
and -2C is above our normal temp, but it's not really warm, just less cold

 

I prefer the 28,794th mouthful myself/

I can think of other drinks I'd rather have


but I like Kilkenny, Guinness and Keith's

 

All beer is shite.

Until you run out of vodka.

But I must say, German beer is tolerable while you're still sober.
