For Christmas I received a nifty lil binary clock, I want to replace my alarm with the binary clock. But the problem is that said clock has no alarm. Hence the need for a software alarm system. I figure my computer is always on anyways so why not use it to wake me up. But I'm having trouble finding one that will fit my needs. -Biggest concern is finding a clock that will adjust the system volume. Sometimes I keep my system volume turned down really low or muted, I wouldn't want to forget to reset my volume before bed. -Secondly I would like it to sound even if the computer is hibernating (sleeping). Any recomendations?
Clockamp works pretty good. Plugin for winamp. The only things you can't do is pre-set the system volume to change(get louder whatever) when it goes off and you can't set different sound files for sleep and alarm. That's the only thing that bugs me about it. I'd like to be able to fall asleep to one kind of music and wake up with another. Maybe that will help for the time being. If there's another out there that does all those things I'd like to know too
