so yesterday was my 17th bday and i went to visit a friend of mine at her bday party (ours is the same day) and it was at this gymnastics place well me being stupid agreed to race her dad on this long trampoline thing and the second rime i fell and my ankle cracked really loud and it was like my foot was hanging there not attached to my leg it was the worst way to spend my bday in the ER and i was sposed to leave and go spend 2 weeks in colorado this mnorning but the doctor would let me cause i have to get a perment cast put on on thurs. but yea i didnt really kno where to post this so i figured random thoughts would be the best catagory and anyways if anyone has and tips on getting around or not making it hurt so bad or stuff to do since i basicall and stuck in bed (at least i have a laptop) and ive been knitting sewing and doing hemp most of the day but any tips would be very apprciated...peace and love

when i broke my ankle i took the cast off early by myself and never went to the follow up appts.

i think it healed alright, although it hurts like a bitch from time to time

That's a bummer. Sorry about your ankle.

Sunday is my birthday. I'll be 50.

I have broken my leg, hand, colar bone and back. But, never on a holiday.
