My aunt's neighbor stole someones cat, buried it up to its neck, then ran it over with a lawn mower. People like that make my skin crawl. I dont get what the point is, to torture an innocent animal. What do these miserable fucks get out of it?!

Just kidding But seriously when I hear stuff like that I cant get the image of it out of my mind and I cant even describe how it makes me feel. How did you find this out? If there are any witnesses or anything you should definatley call the SPCA on this kid and they will get him for animal cruelty. You really should. People like that make me so sick. I honestly think that deliberatley killing an animal, especially in a torture-esque way should be a felony. The law doesnt do enough to protect animals, so we all need to do as much as possible.

 

I could see myself killing someone like that.

My dogs were poisoned in May 03, and you don't see me laying out the details for everyone......some things people just don't NEED to know.
I have a problem as well with getting visual images when someone describes something, and this is not something that I needed in my mental memory.....

The fact is that there are bad people in this world. The sick thing is that there are a lot of people who do this sick shit. Why do they do it? Does it make them feel powerful to torture an animal? Why can't people see that living creatures are beautiful and important, and deserve to be treated well?

 

It makes me think about my cat, and how despite the fact that she pisses me off sometimes, I love her an hope to g-d nothing terrible like this will ever happen to her. I love that cat so damned much it would really kill me if anything bad happened to her, let alone that. She's a housecat, so there's really not a good chance of that, but still... I wish it didn't happen to any animal.

 

This SOB is clearly the next mass murderer. They'll pay for it - no worries. Their lives are f'd up now as it is so I pity their existence.

I agree with an earlier poster who said to call animal welfare and get this guy for animal cruelty.

What still gets me is that "animal cruelty" is a crime, but killing your pet isn't a crime unless you do it inhumanely. Shoot your dog in the head, even for no reason at all (not that I think any reason justifies doing this), and it's not a crime. I have a vision of society where killing an animal will be just as bad as killing a person. That would be sweet.

Anyway, that is one sick and fucked up kid you're talking about, and he should be put away for a long time...

I saw a video of a group of teen boys that took a cat and burned it alive. It was disgusting.

The real question should be....where the hell are these "animal-rights" organizations when this stuff surfaces.

I wrote a letter to PeTA recently,linking the video to the email...I asked.

"You recieve $20 million a year in donations, how much of that money will be going to stopping the monsters doing this stuff?"

I went on to make referrences of donated monies being used to go after Burger King and KFC and to pay for ridiculous ad campaigns that get banned everywhere anyways. Why isnt the bulk of their funds being used to stop the real animal cruelty...the everyday cruelty that happens to animals that we dont eat.People burning animals, drowning animals,skinning animals, hacking their furry heads off with mowers...ect.

Here's a bit of reply I recieved back from PeTA.

"Dear(my name),
While we appreciate your concern and are horrified by the actions of the video link, there simply isn't time to concentrate on these smaller offenses."

There was more but this was the part that stood out to me.

Sooo...basically PeTA is saying that because they don't have time to stop actual animal abuse,because they are spending all their time going after a fried chicken chain and getting 11 employees fired.Good job PeTA.

I'm the sure burnt cat and lawnmower cat really appreciate the concern shown by the world's largest animal-rights organization.*rolls eyes*


HOWEVER..unlike PeTA...I did take some action...the video was german..so I sent the video link and a letter to the German government branch that's in charge of their animal cruelty laws. Germany now has the world's strictist animal-cruelty laws in the world. I'm sure that I wasnt the only one that sent this info their way...and I hope those little bastards get set on fire for their actions.
